We were lucky to find him.We've been working with him for several years now, and he always reviews your pharm plan in the fall to see if things have changed and if he can get you a better plan too.Along with these abilities and skills, he really does care about the wellbeing of his clients, and takes a lot of time to get your medical and drug plans set up. We began working with Jim Neil and his group 5 years ago when we began navigating Medicare and supplemental policies. ... Jim has always been patient and understanding that most people don't understand the options they have when it comes to buying supplemental polices. He walked us through and explained what our options were. Once we signed up for a policy and were very satisfied, he contacted us a few years later to alert us to a less expensive policy that offered the exact coverage for less. He handled everything in transitioning us to a new policy. Just recently as our rates were going to rise by the carrier he reached out again and has offered us the same coverage with a different carrier at a lower rate. When you are a client of Jim's you feel cared for and important. Just an aside we asked him about dental insurance and he immediately got back to us with great coverage at a very reasonable rate. We couldn't recommend him more.read more
